ONYX VAULT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Onyx Vault. By booking our mobile detailing services, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and outline important policies regarding payments, cancellations, liability, and memberships.

2. Service Terms

  • All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.

  • Customers must ensure access to the vehicle and necessary facilities (such as water and power if required) at the time of service.

  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed package will be subject to extra charges.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment methods.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of individual service value.

  • Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to address concerns.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Onyx Vault is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, mechanical issues, or wear and tear that may become more visible after detailing.

  • We take precautions to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as paint defects or leaks due to old seals.

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service. Onyx Vault is not liable for lost or damaged items.

5. Membership Terms & Conditions

Silver Vault

  • 3 detailing services per year

  • 10% discount 

  • Complimentary deodorising with each service

Gold Vault

  • 6 detailing services per year

  • 15% discount

  • Complimentary deodorising with each service

Onyx Vault

  • 10 detailing services per year

  • 20% discount 

  • Complimentary steam clean or deodorising with each service

6. Membership Duration & Usage

  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

  • Members have 12 months to use their allotted services. Unused services do not roll over to the next membership term.

  • Services can be mixed and matched from Onyx Vault’s available detailing packages. If a member chooses a service that exceeds their included service value, they must pay the difference, with their membership discount applied.

7. Membership Upgrades & Changes

  • Members may upgrade their membership at any time. The upgrade will initiate a new 12-month term from the date of the upgrade.

  • Members cannot downgrade to a lower-tier membership or lower cost service during the active term.

8. Payment Terms for Memberships

  • Memberships can be paid in full upfront or through installments via Afterpay.

9. Membership Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.

  • In the event of business closure or service unavailability, a prorated refund may be offered at Onyx Vault’s discretion.

10. Amendments & Termination

  • Onyx Vault reserves the right to modify service pricing, membership benefits, and terms with 30 days’ notice to existing members.

  • Memberships may be revoked if a member violates these terms or engages in misconduct toward Onyx Vault staff.
